About Us

We are a veteran owned, family operated business. Tyler Bailey, the president and founder has dedicated the last 25 years of his life to the service of our nation and his community. Tyler served the early portions of his career in atomic and nuclear sites and has spent the later years working at the highest levels of government supporting global strategic efforts across the Department of Defense, NATO and Department of State. He brings to bear a wealth of knowledge, relationships and experience from the highest levels of federal government. Most importantly, Tyler knows firsthand the vital role that all atomic energy workers have played in the strength and security of our great nation. It’s not said enough, but we thank you for your service to our country!

Why a Representative

Why Choose Us as Your Authorized Representative?

  •  The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) is a federal program and a bureaucratic minefield that creates difficult hurdles to overcome between physicians and bureaucracy.

  •  In our experience, roughly 80% of atomic energy program workers we’ve served have some sort of occupational illness. Most physicians; however, do not test properly for these illnesses, do no understand the exposures of energy workers, and will not take the time or liability to research and articulate this cause/affect.

  •  Your “authorized representative” (our offices), act within the legal authority of this program to ensure proper medical testing is accomplished on your behalf and those medical tests are opined upon by competent, understanding physicians with an in-depth knowledge of occupational exposures and their effect on your health.

  • To avoid any out-of-pocket expenses to our clients, we pre-pay associated medical expenses for testing and diagnosis within our network of qualified physicians. The only time we ask for compensation of those medical expenses, is if you receive a monetary award from the Department of Labor. So, there is zero risk to you.

  •  SWNA and our team of experts then compile this evidence on your behalf, submit claims for covered condition(s) and communicate directly with EEOICPA program managers and claims examiners in the best interest of the claimant. We monitor, communicate, and oversee the entire program to ensure you’re treated fairly and receive the maximum possible compensation for your condition.

  • We are a family owned and operated business. We are available to you whenever you need us. We answer our phones, emails and text messages in a timely manner, outside regular office hours. We are here for you!
